1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Kombart website as well as all products and services offered by the company (physical equipment, software, applications).
Any use of our products or services implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Company overview
Kombart — Kombart is a French company specializing in the design, manufacture and sale of equipment and software for combat sports professionals and practitioners.

3. Access to services
Access to Kombart software and applications is reserved for users with an active account created following a subscription or order. Kombart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any access in the event of a breach of these Terms.
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.
4. Use of products and services
The user agrees to:
- Use Kombart products and services in accordance with their intended purpose.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers or databases.
- Not reproduce, modify, distribute or resell our software without prior written authorization.
- Report without delay any security incident or fraudulent use they become aware of.
- Use physical equipment in compliance with the safety instructions provided.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Kombart website and software (source code, interfaces, content, trademarks, logos, documentation) are the exclusive property of Kombart and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, even partial, without prior written consent from Kombart is strictly prohibited.
6. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed in writing (email). Prices are quoted exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Kombart reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; orders are processed at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
Late payment may result in suspension of access to software services and the application of penalties in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. Warranties and liability
Our physical equipment comes with a 2-year legal conformity warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage resulting from abnormal use, accident or unauthorized modification.
Our software is provided "as is". Kombart undertakes to fix reported issues within a reasonable time but cannot guarantee absolute service availability or the complete absence of errors.
In any case, Kombart's liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the customer for the order in question.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected in connection with the use of our products and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments to the Terms
Kombart reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship at any time by written notice to the contact email address. Upon termination, access rights to the software cease on the effective termination date. Amounts already paid are not refunded unless required by law.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over Kombart's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
